Oh my goodness, I’ve been shanking a lot lately and being new to the game of golf I didn’t know what I was doing wrong.

Thank you for posting this. I’m good for about 5 shank shots on each 18 hole round I play. Everything seems like it’s going well, but the club face is noticably open at impact. I have no idea how it happens. This gives me some things to look for.
